Taking Exams

Once you've completed your lessons and reviewed what you've learned so far, you're ready to take your midterm or final.

For students using an in-person proctor, here are a few tips for making your exam day go as smoothly as possible:

  • Before the day of your exam, confirm your appointment with your exam center or exam supervisor.
  • Arrive at your exam site on time.
  • Bring a picture ID to the exam site. You won't be allowed to take the exam unless you show an ID to your exam supervisor.

Please be aware that if your exam site loses its internet connection, you could potentially become logged out of Canvas. In such an event, do not panic. Once internet service is re-established, simply log back in to Canvas and return to the exam. Your proctor will need to re-enter the access code, but your exam will then continue.
