IU High School Online uses the name, gender, date of birth, and other identifying information that students provide in their Genius account. To request a change or correction, please contact us at iuhs@indiana.edu. Include your current first and last name, date of birth, gender, and the information you wish to change. This information will appear on all IUHS systems, including but not limited to the IUHS transcripts, grade reports, Genius (including parent portal), Canvas records, and CommonApp/college admissions communications.
