When there is a need to take a course outside of IUHS, and you would like that course to count toward the completion of your IUHS diploma, we ask that you use this Pre-Approval for External Credits form to give us information about the course and the school where you will take it. That way, we might ensure the outside institution is reputable and that the course fits with your graduation plan.
